Excelsior’s new little sister venue, The Water Gallery, is a gorgeous & refined intimate venue space located at 113 North Water Street in downtown Lancaster.
Available for Social or Business – Dinners, Luncheons, Cocktail Parties & Brunches to host Rehearsal Dinners, Celebration Events, Meetings, Showers, etc.
Centrally located at 113 North Water street, The Water Gallery is a walkable 2 blocks from the Lancaster Square Marriott, as well as a short 2 minute drive & 10 minute walk from Excelsior. The Water Street Garage (just one block north) or the Prince Street Garage ( just 1 block east) offers convenient garage parking near the venue.
The Water Gallery Requires a Guaranteed PAID minimum of 25 guests Maximum of 60 guests for an All – Seated Dinner Maximum of 70 Guests for mingling style events with limited seating

The Water Gallery is a vision of eclectic modernity with an aesthetic vibe wrapped up into a private small event space! It was created by Excelsior’s owners, Kelly & John Dantinne, to further enhance the Excelsior brand and offer their Guest a weekend experience with a place for them to host private cocktail & dinner parties in a refreshing indoor/outdoor space. The the name, The Water Gallery was a natural choice with the venue entrance right off Water Street. The cascading Water Wall in the outdoor Courtyard is an ample 30-feet-long X 10-feet-high and echos the namesake. Inside, glossy swirling epoxy floors adds more water inspired effects. The refreshing Bistro style seating surrounded with artwork makes dining breezy and interesting. Even the Powder Room in its Hollywood- Deco style, touts a glamorous color palette of black, white, emerald green with clever little gold accents!
Designed specially for wedding couples to host a private rehearsal dinner party and for Social or Business cocktail dinner parties, luncheon meetings or Celebration Events and Showers. The Water Gallery is the perfect little intimate event space for your Event!
Our All-Inclusive Bundled Packages includes ALL of the following:
· 3 Hours Rental of The Water Gallery consisting of the indoor gallery and the outdoor sunken courtyard
Event & Venue Catering Coordinator – providing menu design, creative cuisine, and event planning
· Staffing: RAMP Certified Bartender(s), Kitchen, and Wait Staff
· Beer & Wine Selections (picked with your Event coordinator), Sodas, Juice, Infused Water, and Ice.
