Excelsior’s in-house catering company, Signature Catering on King, provides you with extensive menu options and customizable approaches to menu planning. Our standard menu is 16 pages long, and includes a wide variety of delectable appetizers, extravagant & unique stations, enticing entrées, sides, and desserts. We cater to specific dietary needs such as vegan, vegetarian, food allergies and honor dietary restrictions to accommodate all of your guests’ taste.
We have named our company Signature Catering on King because we pride ourselves in creating custom foods & displays that utilize your family recipes, be it tradition or cultural, so you can share that special part of who you are, your signature touch, with your guests.
